No, the SDMS package is based on a fixed priced and there are no hidden charges.
Before we begin work on your website, we present you with a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of your web site project. With your approval, a Service Agreement is created and signed by both parties and the deposit is paid.
If you wish to add items to the Service Agreement, an Amendment will be produced and we will ask you to approve the work as described. This assures that there are no surprises or any hidden charges. |

Though domain name is not mandatory for purchasing the SDMS plans, it is mandatory to have one at the time of setting up the template for community/subdivision website. |

| 6. How much time does it take Navasun, LLC to launch the community/subdivision website? |

Preliminary website will be completed within 7 business days from the date of signing the contract |

Any changes to the preliminary site will be completed within 3 to 4 business days, from the date of providing customer inputs. |

Complete site test and upload will be completed within 2 business days. Navasun, LLC will make every effort to ensure the site is working correctly. |

| 7. Who controls the access to makes changes and additions to our community/subdivision website? |
| |
After setting up the website, Navasun, LLC assigns the Administrator username and password to one or more people in your community/subdivision (usually decided by the community/subdivision board). This person or persons will be responsible for maintaining all of the necessary information of the website.

Access website using http://yourdomain/login. You will be prompted to enter username/password. After you login, you will see the following option under User Menu: |

SDMS 2007 accepts documents or images on your website in any of the 8 different formats. These are: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), HTML, Plain Text, JPEG image, or GIF image. |

13. Does Navasun, LLC sell its Residents data to third parties? |

Absolutely not! Your residents can rest assured that Navasun, LLC will not sell Residents' names, address, phone numbers or other data within the community database to third parties. |
